red tiger lotus

how does this plant look like? i went to the album but could not confirm which one is it. is it easy to grow? does it have flowers? any special requirement?

N 55 Nymphaea lotus var. rubra
Red Tiger Lotus
Africa, Asia
Characteristics: The leaves are rounded with a deep indentation at the base; colour red to reddish-brown with dark brown spots and lighter coloured
veins. Height: 30 - 50 cm.
Growth rate: Weekly 1 leaf.
Propagation: Grows daughter plants from the tuber.
Special note: The red and the green form are both found in Africa. This accounts for natural hybrids in varies colour shades.

The colour of the above picture is a bit out.

I did a posting on 7 April - "Red Tiger lotus - Not red enought" on this section. A fellow aquarist posted a nice picture there. Very red!

I have been growing this plant in my tank for the past year.
Red Tiger "Rubra" is an easy plant that puts out a least 2 shoots
every week. I normally keep condition at:

pH ~ 6.5
kH ~ 3.0
CO2 ~ 20ppm
Light ~ 3W/G
1 Ferrotab at its root once every 3 weeks

and this plant thrives under the condition.
