    No idea, could be one of the C. cordata subspecies, or a cultivar of C. wendtii or C. beckettii. You need to see the flower stalk aka spathe to be 100% sure.

    From what I recall, grow it emersed, with enough water to cover the lower part of the plant. Keep the water circulating around the roots and in time it will flower. See this guy's website and you'll have a rough idea:

    In a local LFS, they had a setup whereby the humidity would be extremely high, with water dripping all over the place like what a paludarium setup would be. In time, the Cryptocoryne will flower.
