Is this plant Elatine Triandra?

Can't really tell the difference when i try to compare it with images of Eatine Triandra from google as I am really new with plants.

Is it is not, then what plant is this?

cant really tell,the first pics look like Tonina fluviatilis
but the second pic look like Eatine Triandra.
We see how else have a better answer..
