    Re: <<SMK >> 4 FT planted tank

    update since March ...

Added few Altum Angel but only left with 3 from early October batch.
Clear the tank to allow more space for AA.
Added Blackwater for 1st 2 weeks before I revert back to normal tank condition.
Other than lowering my PH, I did not quarantine my AA as I do not have spare tank.

Lower Tank PH to 5.8 for AA. Not only it's help in keeping AA but also improve in plant growth.
Co2 is now on 24 hrs, PH pick up once I stop Co2.

Now I top up water direct without adding any Conditioner as I notice Anti-chlorine trigger grow of hair-algae in my tank.
they disappear almost immediately after I stopped.

    Now I have
    - 3 AA
    - 3 zebra oto
    - 10 corydoras gold laser
    - 8 corydoras Hastatus
    - 3 panda loach (Yaoshania pachychilus)

Let see if I have chance to add in more AA next year ..... Thank you ..

be carefull if you are not adding anti-chlorine...
is ok if don't add but must have a bottle in hand just incase some days the chlorine or chloramine level is higher and you will suffer casualities. to be safe then sorry...
