I currently had some leftover fissiden after using them on driftwood. Any idea how do I store the rest of them? I just put inside a clear container. Will it survive?

Yes. It will. Ideally not in a dark environment though, some ambient lighting but not direct sunlight will suffice. If you're planning to cultivate them, just keep them moist in an air-tight container. The fissidens will grow faster.

Yeah, just keep them in a transparent container with some water and place it near a light source (i place my spare fissidens in a clear container next to my tanks), they will stay green and still continue growing while in the container.
