    Hi experts out there,

Can I seek some advice? Which types of moss do not require intense light, chiller and regular maintenance? If i'm not wrong spiky moss is one of them, any other reco for my community tank? I'm looking to tie them on dw and also meshes (to be laid on the floor)...

All moss dont really need high light IMO. You can grow them in warmer waters by the way. I've grown mini christmas moss / mini taiwan moss in 30C waters. They grew ok but not as pretty in cooler waters.

Here's my old setup with mini christmas/taiwan moss, java moss, spiky, us fissiden & flame moss. As you can see from the picture, what i have is a basic Eheim 2041 HOF, complimented by a small internal pump to regulate water flow. It took about a good 2 months to reach to that stage. Dosing nothing but Excel (whenever i remember).

    Have fun!

Here you go. haha. The mini taiwan is behind & near the internal filter. Abit hard to see from the picture.

I tied the mosses to lava rocks. The ones meant to be used for filtration purposes. Comes in a big bag of mesh. I got them from C328. As they are small (around 50 cent size average) they are good for my scape.
