Hi!
I just found your forum. I don't know if this is the right place to write such an announcement, but I'm looking for some tropical plants to my vivarium. I'm especially interested in any mosses and ferns that grow in your climate. Remember - somethinf ordinary to you may be something extraordinary to me .
I would be very gratefull for any help and hints.
I attached some pictures of what I'm starting to grow. In plans I also have a bigger viv.

I've made new photos. Those I put above were about 2 months old.
About the shop - do you know if they send plants to Europe and if they have any official website?
I dont think so,i thought you are living here that why i gave you the address.
Anyway you get plants from ebay but do find out about your country regulations
about importing plants.
We don't have any strict regulations according to plants unless they are endangered ofcourse . Poland lies in central Europe in moderate climate with cold winters so there's no necessity to strict import of plants, because they wouldn't survive and expand in the wild.
On ebay they're selling mostly pot plants. I'm looking also for some small plants, mosses and fern which you can find during your walk in the woods in your climate .
where in Poland are you from?
I may make a trip to Gdansk sometime this year and I may help.....
WOW!!! That would be great!
You know - Poland is not such a big country so it won't be hard to solve that problem . Just tell me when are you going to arrive?
aha.... jack now you have somebody to hand carry for you the plants...
Anyway check this link on ebay they have mosses and ferns

And that's really great I wouldn't even suspect that anyone from Singapore would travel to Poland. Really nice surprise .
I saw those plants on ebay, but ofcourse thanks anyway I'm more interested in your native species which are not so popular rather then those which are avaliable in sale. Unless it's about Cryptocoryne striolata - this is the plant which is avaliable in some countries but not here in Poland. At least I haven't seen one so far I'm really hunting for it.
When I watch some blogs about expeditions to (for example) Borneo I really envy you guys that you have such a great conditions to get so many interesting plants
I cannot really tell when I will be in Gdansk....., but I know I will be in Stockholm next week...... are you near Gydnia? FYI, last year my daughter's school actually went to Krakow,...... so there's actually people from Singapore going to Poland...
I live in Wroclaw. It's on the south-west of Poland. Can you give me some contact to people who are going to Poland?
And my mail is [email protected]
We can talk about details by mailbox
And of course if you guys know about anyone interested in our polish species of plants and mosses or lichen I think I could help
