Swim like mosquitoes fries but looks like bloodworm, bro.
Short story is that i bought some HC tied to a rock on monday
Went home and soaked it in a tau huay container filled with tapwater and cover it over with a bigger tau huay container to prevent mosquitos from laying eggs
One day later i found that there are some little red worms floating on top of the water

Found about 10 of them in the container after removing the HC rock....

Here's a video of some of the alive ones stil wriggling
They look like bloodworms to me, the type bought in LFS and fed to fishes
I have put the HC to soak again in new tapwater and will check again tomorrow.
If there are no more worms surfacing, is the plant safe to put into my tank?
It would be great if it was a fish tank as the fishes might snack on them but mine is a shrimp only tank so the worms might colonise unhindered

Look like bloodworm. Forget about feeding them to your fishes cause it may risk parasite infection to your fauna.
Do you have a close up pictures?
It look like bloodworm and it also can be Midge fly egg.
Is it like this
