Yup, I see other christmas mosses that are bright green. But mine seem to be a darker shade of green. My light source is t5, does it do well in better lights or under shade? Thanks for replying

Christmas moss may appear lighter time of green, I may be wrong. Is our Christmas moss kept in a chilled tank?

I think the mosses do better with lower temperature. Previously at 31-32 degrees, mosses were blackish and not growing.
After installing a chiller and got the temperature down to 26, mosses are now bright green!

Yes I believe it is the temperature. Get it cooled to 26-28 with a fan and it will be nice green.
