Anyone had experience their yamato going outside the tank before? First time, luckily I found it in time and put it back in the tank. That was couple of weeks ago. Yesterday night, I noticed it missing in the tank and did a search around. Sure enough, this evening found it on the floor, died. Sigh~ don't they ever learn?

Yup, something is wrong with your water. Ghost shrimps keep jumping out of my tank too, usually after water change and they are more stable after few days
