As long as it is in the range of 6000-8000k will be fine.
The choice is yours.

In one of the Aqua Journals, Takashi Amano was telling the interviewer that his NA lights are 8000K.
6500k tubes will render daylight colours.
lower colour temperature will render a reddish tint.
higher colour temperature will render a bluish tint (believe this is what you get when using 12000k).
down to your personal preference really. do you want a natural looking green leaves or green leaves with some hint of blue?
Must go for reliable tubes too.
Some cheaper tubes I bought which are rated at 6500K looks yellowish after some time of use.
