Anyone knows where I can find indostomus paradoxus. I know GC used to have but I think it has sold out.

    Thank you in advance

Not much help, I got mine from GC. Interesting breed which you will not see 90% of the time and they only appear during feeding of live Daphnia or baby BBS.

Perhaps you can register your interest and do a group buy through them.

This fish is sure very useful to control seed shrimps and also the tiny white worms.

Not sure about shrimplets, but they don't seem to feed on the tiny white worms. I have seen those worms float past them without any activities. They only take live food, tried frozen daphnia without any luck and they love live Daphnia and BBS, that's the only time I see them active and out of hidden spots.

I kept 8 in my sulawesi shrimp tank. Only can spot 6 of them, 2 hiding. I did see them eating those white worms which I got so many of them in my tank. They eat very slowly and very little.

Anyone with updates on this? Thought of introducing more to my current tank, I can only spot 1 out of the 4 I had. The other three along with 4CPD may have passed when I did a more than usual water change where the water level dropped lower than my stacks of rocks... Lesson learnt...
