    is the lower fan in your light missing a fan blade?

    the fans will not cool your lightset effectively because there is no proper channelling of air through your chassis/heat sink. you can create an air channel by covering the back, where the fans are. leave 3 gaps, 2 at the ends of the lightset and another between the fans. place the fan such that they extract air.

    for the box containing the drivers; the fan is not going to help much. there isn't additional opening for air to move in or out of the box.

    Haha.. Ya.. Accidently broke a blade but still producing good amount of air.. You're right but the air does go through till the end of the chasis.. So far its never been very warm.. Much cooler than my 4 tubes t5ho lightset..

    As for the box, theres many big ventilation holes at the top.. Cant see it in the picture bit its sufficient for air flow..
