I got myself a new set of aquarium tools but then, i found out
that my tank cabinet is being fully utilized,i cant store the tools nicely and neatly
so i decided to DIY my own personalize tool holder.

I have a couple of black acrylic sheet lying around from my previous projects.

Tools needed for this mini DIY

    Arcylic sheet
    Flame Torch
    Laminate cutter
    file tool
    hacksaw
    ruler
    Drill set

Draw out the template of the tool holder.

Drill, saw and file to shape the acrylic sheet.

    Fitting and strength test

    Finished product

Next is, to get a stainless steel fish net... sweeeet...

looks good, but how do you attach it to the door? glue or nail? or 3m mounting tape?

It is 2mm so far so good,it still hold, no warping.
    3mm will be better but i don't have a 3mm.
I use the flame torch to bend it shown in pic 1.
Don"t hold the flame too close or too long at acrylic sheet,
if you do, air bubble will form in the acrylic sheet and you can burn it.
I have one minor burn spot because of the strong flame
luckly mine is black acrylic so it don't show

Why need a flame gun? Just get a hot gun blower will do. Did you try using a hair dryer?

Large hole for the 100ml syringe i use boring drill bit, perfect fit no adjustment needed,
for the 20ml syringe,i have to drill out the centre using drill bit and then use hacksaw to cut the circular hole.
