looks like BBA to me. well, I'm guessing BBA because it stands for black beard algae. is the light directly on top of the rock? and is the water flow weak or none around that area?

Is the black thing on rock algae? Or anyone please help to identify. It's growing steadly since I notice it few days ago.

BBA is very dark bluish green, looks black to me perhaps due to the light.
Definitely not a plant that you introduced.
Do spot dose with Seachem Excel while your flow is off, and leave it for 10 to 20 min.
do you have algae crew inside your tank?
i used to have a similar one like yours, but not so brushy. nerite snails saved my rocks..
Yes, 2 algae eater. Will monitor. Tank currently on treatment for white spot.
