Please don't use short text abbreviation...
Wildbear you can rinse your bio media with tank water during water change.
What I used to do is to fill a wide pail with tank water. Remove the media basket and just give it a jiggle and most of the muck will come off.
Change you wool, but cut off a small piece of the old one and place it togather.

so tired, did not record rest of the steps. here's after the planting and filling up the tank.
co2 and 55watts super PL lights 2 hours in morning and 2 hours night time. will increase dosages when plant grows.
Any comment? hope I didn't miss anything.

you should have know gold fish street right? so many nice shops there... I missed that place lots....

wow, i am currently using the same table as u are~ only fear the wood cannot tahan the weight~
