    Hi,

Anyone seen this species around in LFS can help let me know.

Am thinking of keeping them in planted tank.

    Thank you in advance.

Thanks bro, I will check them out. Any idea how much is the price?

Thinking of getting a pair, if the price is good I will get 2 pair.

sori bro. No idea. I kept them a few years ago. Really red when the male is in heat. Unfortunately, the fish uncle told me that they spawn in salt water or something (like salmon - except the other way around)

Yes, I don't think they can be breed in freshwater. First time I am trying to keep them.

Are they fussy eater? I plan to keep them in a 4 foot planted tank.

Thanks for all the reply bro, really helps a lot.

They jump!!! That's my worry point. My Marble Hatched jumped and I understand as they are top dweller fish..
But Gudgeon are bottom dweller, and in a 422 tank, I though jumping should not be a problem. Thanks for letting me know
