This is my simple setup with a fish tank and tub.

The tub has sphagnum moss in it to help maintain high humidity.

A canister is being used to filter the water and a spray bar spurts the water onto the backdrop to create a waterfall effect.

Keeping fish, snail and frogs in it.

Pardon the unsightly tub, this is really a simple setup

It will work, although your spray bar seems to be able to spray water into the tub, and it will cause the tube to be full of water (unless you have several holes at the bottom - to allow drainage - if not your tube will flood). If that is done, the overall effect is okay with me.

What an interesting way to place a small tub in tank! I like that, to made the tub more natural. Silicon(black) the whole tub and place sphagnum moss over the silicon and allow to cure for next 24hrs , hence your tub will be ready and it will look more or less like rock!

Sphagnum is dried moss. Can get from plant nursery. They are commonly used as a kind of planting media.

    Hi Bernie,

Wow look so natural look so cool, I must say. You did it right!

Keep your Sphagnum moss moist at all the time and even add a little of fertilisers to it and allow plenty of light or Sun to shine it, it will soon eventually grow real moss.
