hi i am also a student.In my opinion be more patient wait for forumers sell fissiden in tauhuay tubs more worth as the quality higher and much cheaper for the quantity.But if you cannot wait then Yishun 618 should have US fissiden 1 or 2 small pack occasionally for 5$.

If you are running on a budget can check the price in marketplace. But fissiden sold in loose form is below $10 in LFS, those already fused to driftwood will depend on the wood and maturity.
AQ has some merchant who grows and sells them on a very regular basis.

My dear friend, try doing a search within the forum. This forum has abundance of information for anyone to start an aquarium. And I bet what you are looking for is just a search away.

Everyday, I camped at the "Market Place" waiting for a great deal to happen. And everyday I see great deals being snatched. Have a little patience and do a little homework and I believe you will find more than you wanted.

And to add on, if fissiden is out of your budget, then work on something cheaper? can get riccia carpet (which is a shortcut to mad pearling), or maybe flame moss on woods/stones? or christmas moss for backdrop or moss wall. If you still die die want fissidens, then have to suck thumb, pay more for it, or wait for cheap deal to come by.

it has a good reason behind it

price range is good enough, if the lower level of price range too high for you then give you exact price also quite pointless.

if you running on a budget or have no budget, just be another camper in marketplace. or post a want to get see anyone willing to go into your price range.

It's not really out of my budget. I didnt want to get ripped off at the LFS. Therefore asking for advice here. Since it is not allowed. Then I shall stop.
