The 2nd one look like Borneo fern I bought from SV last time. It turned brown but kept its shape very well. However on closer look, C328 fern looks a little different which I can't fully explan (a little light green and softer) and there it wrote "AQUA Fern". I didn't buy out of caution. You can try to treat them like aqua plants and tell us the result of your "discovery" later.

Ermmmm.... I think the first one looks like Egeria densa:
http://www.aquascapingworld.com/plan...php?item_id=97
Plant Profile
Scientific Name: Egeria densa
Common Name: Elodea
Difficulty: Very Easy
CO2 Requirements: Very Low
Lighting Requirements: Very Low
Plant Arrangement: Background
Growth Rate: Moderate
Family: Hydrocharitaceae
Genus: Egeria
Origin: South America
Plant Type: Stem
Water Hardness: Medium (GH = 9-13 dH)
Just an experience to share, for densa, during the initial period, the leaves will tend to melt. But not to worry, they are trying to acclimatise to your tank's water condition. Once they are done acclimatising, the leaves will grow out great and it will grow tall in no time.
