    Hi guys,

i am planning to start a new planted tank; keeping some basic plants and goldfishes. Therefore i would need some valuable advice from seniors here.

I have the following items inherited from a friend.

    - 45x25x25 tank
    - beamswork LED light
    - Hang on filter

Reading thru some websites and understand i would need these,

    - substrate; besides sand, what else do i need?
    - fertilizer; what do i need? any brand?
    - plants; what is easy to maintain for newbie?

Assumed i can get these from Clementi 328?

    Anything else?

    Cheers

Hi, I am not the most experienced here. But I think goldfish will uproot your plant. So you may want to take this into consideration.
