I brought the above mentioned and the label states that it only needs 1 drop per liter of tap water.

Anyone tried this before? I'm a bit skeptical about it but couldn't fibd chlorine testers around.

Will anyone be able to shed some light on this?

I've not used that particular brand of water treatment before but it sounds about right... i use Seachem Prime which recommends 1ml to treat 40 litres, which i guess works out to more or less a similar amount of drops.

I'm usually kiasu and end up dosing abit more, no issues encountered so far.

Is Eiho cheaper than prime? Otherwise just get prime for peace of mind since its more well known on the market and there are more discussions in internet forums on the product - i.e. if it doesn't work, you should hear about it. I suppose the only annoying thing about Seachem bottles is that they don't come with an integrated dropper (like Eiho / Ocean Free). Once I find a suitable dropper/dispenser for Prime, I shall transfer my Prime over (i find it so hard to measure out 1ml.... )

Because I'm using Seachem Purigen, I'm also more cautious about anti-chlorine/ water treatment products in case some 3rd party brands add stuff that is not compatible with Purigen.

There is a chlorine test kit from Sera, I got mine from C328. As for the EIHO product, if it is a highly concentrated mix, then yes, the 1 drop per litre of water sounds right. However, if you are still not convinced it really works, get the test kit and check for yourself.

So far so good for me actually, tried on my puffer tank, they are doing good but of course I kiasu a bit, add about 5-8 drops to 1.5l bottle of tap water. Should be fine I guess.
