do you have wood in your tank? if not what is your substrate brand?
The creature in the first picture is fresh water hydra.

You need search around for solutions to remove the hydras. They are really a big headache in aquarium, especially those who keep shrimps. So far I heard 3 spotted gourami feeds on them. Good luck
Get "no planaria" in any lfs. That should get rid of your hydra problem.
The yellow ish is normal since you have wood in your tank. It will take a while before it stop leaching tannin.
Yep, it's shrimp friendly. You can Google it. I tried with good result previously.
Creature in the second picture is a Cyclops or something related. It is harmless to adult shrimp, and is a predator of smaller organisms. If you do not like this just siphon it out of the tank, or put in a Boraras or Indostomus. These small fish will wipe out the whole population of those animals.
Presence of Hydra in the tank means they have a food source to feed on, specifically small organisms like the Cyclops. For some people who feed excessively, Hydra tends to appear from time to time. Not many fish will eat these. If you use "No Planaria", please take care not to overdose the tank. While it may be "shrimp-safe", as with anything that has a chemical content, it is better to err on the side of caution, especially since shrimps are sensitive creatures.
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
dear all, i've realized that my media (ceramic ring) are very black, could this is a cause to my yellowish water? anyway, how often should ceramic ring be changed?
The black coating is all the accumulated mulm (ie. broken down organics and the beneficial bacteria feeding on it), its actually what keeps the tank cycled... usually you'll just need to rinse the ceramic rings lightly with tank water (to clear away any large debris) and then put back into the filter, do not wash them clean as that can affect the beneficial bacteria colony and disturb your tank cycle.
Ceramic rings do not need to be changed, unless they have been used for a long time and start to crumble into powder.
The yellowish water is due to the wood leaching tannins in your tank, it should clear up over time or after more water changes.
