I have bought a piece of wood from C328. After tieing with moss, I put the wood into the tank. To my disappointment, the wood will not sink to the bottom. What can I do???

or you can use a heavy pebble to weigh it down the driftwood.

Aiyoh......you so fast tied moss and put into tank liao hah?!?

If it is indeed a piece of driftwood instead of mangrove root, the next problem you are going to face is yellowish tint in your water if you keep it immersed with weights.

Fortunately you got those cleaned and processed wood otherwise you will face other challenges like USI (unidentified swimming insects) and UWS (unidentified white stuff) :P

Next time season your wood first by prolong soaking or boiling.

boil and soak the wood for a few good days. that should help to release the trapped gas within the wood.
