does it have to be plastic?
else you can purchase aluminium lighting reflector from well stocked lighting shops.

Aluminum reflector should be the best. But if you find it hard to work with, can consider:
    1) aluminum foil (but they crumple easily)
    2) aluminum tape - I saw them being used in air-con insulation. Quite a nice silver colour.

Aluminium reflector/tape/foil are hard to work with. Cannot conform easily to existing interior to light casing. As for plastic, can be easily cut, shape and form a nice arc, though might not last as long as aluminium.

are you trying to ‘rejuvenate’ your reflector?
if so you can try sticking aluminium tape on the original plastic reflector.

actually aluminium reflector is quite easy to work with.
and you'll need a sharp scissors or flower pruner to cut.

Certain wrapping 'paper' are plastic and are very shiny on one side. That may work too, but I really dun know what's the range of wavelengths it reflects.
