hi guys, i would like to know how do you guys partition your tanks for different shrimps?

How do you make your partition like to prevent shrimps from crossing/mixing over to the other side and at the same time provide water flow around the tank?

    Re: Partition for shrimp tanks

It is impossible to fully partition your tanks in such a way to prevent the shrimps from escaping to other partitions. If you intend to do this you would need glass panels siliconed in place with holes pre-drilled and covered with very fine stainless steel mesh.

    Re: Partition for shrimp tanks

I have previously done the partitions up using black acrylic panels cut to size to fit snugly in the tank along with cut-outs to install wire mesh as stormhawk have suggested. So far it has worked perfectly for me and no shrimps have managed to climb over.
