can look at Dwarf Sagittaria (Sagittaria subulata) or valisnera.
Another way is to goto tropica website and check out the plants!

It is probably a dracaena (Dracaena marginata) which at least at most of the pet stores around me are sold as aquatics, though they will eventually rot from being submerged for too long. I usually keep mine underwater til they start to deteriorate then move them into a pot as a house plant.
