Bucephalandra flowering good or bad sign?

Just notice my Lamandau mini purple is growing out a flower bud underwater. Is this sign of good water conditions or the water is bad? Because I heard some plant flower due to poor water conditions.

Bucephalandra flower underwater is fine. In fact when they flower is a good sign. congrats
