GROWING TIPS:

Secondly, put The nutrition soil into the flowerpot, then water the soil. ( What is nutrition soil ? normal gavel can ? )
Third, sow the soaked seeds above the soil,
Fourthly, cover seed with 1 cm soil

Water plants have seeds? I never knew......
"Nutrition soil" just means soil with ample nutrients... an example is ADA aquasoil, it has lots of nutrients to grow plants. Normal gravel is inert so unless you add fertilizer tabs into it, the seeds may not get sufficient nutrients to grow.
The instructions mention to sow the seed and grow them emersed in soil until they become seedlings (ie. young plants), then transfer them into the aquarium. That indicates they are aquarium plants that can be grown both emersed and submersed. Not sure how long it takes for those seeds to germinate and turn into seedlings though.
It'll be much easier and quicker to just buy fully grown plants from LFS and plant them in the exact positions in your tank... though i guess for sending lots of plants by post, it's much easier to send seeds instead.
Just curious, what are the plant species that the seeds come from?
I am always a sceptic first, believer second. Looking at the picture from the site, there are moss, crypts and some aquatic grass. Seems like there are quite a number of sales but the complain is 3000 seeds are ship in one pouch so you can't differentiate the species. And of course, provided you successfully germinate the seed to seedlings first.

Agreed with UA, it is easier and quicker to buy grown plants from LFS.
Anyway, the species of the seeds are not being mention so i am skeptical about it.
I did purchase some electronic stuff from the site before,it took around 2 weeks to 40days for
it to arrive here. If you can wait that long so go ahead.
wait time for delivery aside.
you will need to id the plants plus transplant the mixed plant let (if you plant a lot, sorting will... lol) that will prove to be a problem.
BTW, curious why you want to start from seeds? since you can grow from DSM quite a variety of plants
