Poo won't contaminate but the medication might ...
Probably take out the eggs and place it in clean water with the parents?
Hi guys, recently my 2 angelfish had some fin rot and cloudy eye, so i put them into a separate sick tank and just completed a full cycle of furan 2. i was intending to shift them back at the end of this week but this morning i woke up and discovered they laid eggs. what shoud i do now? i never had any experience with angelfish eggs before and also the water is super yellow and medicated, will it kill the eggs? also the eggs were laid on the tank floor right beside the sponge filter, will the fish poop on the floor contaminate the eggs?
thanks for reading, sorry for the rambling post!

FAILURE IS THE MOTHER OF ALL SUCCESS
The parents will eat them

eggs probably will not survive but at least you know you have a confirmed pair
Sorry it does not mean you have a confirmed pair...unless the eggs are fertilised.
