Where to get lowest grade CRS

May I know where to get the lowest grade CRS ? cheapest also.
Beginner in CRS keeping.

C328, polyart, y618, seaview normally stock them. The problem is where do you stay and where is the nearest lfs to you. Pricing and quality differs slightly across shop of course.

Yup, seaview probaby has the cheapest CRS. Kind of far though if you don't drive..
