Thank you people.
Is a total of 15w LED lighting in a 29 litres tank enough for it?
Or do i need to upgrade?

Tried 55w on my 2 feet tank no enough. So I doubled to 110w lighting for them to grow sideway. And they r really fast. But I am just a beginner trying out also and thats my experience. Eventually clear them off as they grow to thick and the bottom glosso start dying as they can't get enough light from those covering them up from the top. Got to keep trimming them before the grow too thick i guess.
Hmm. If the glosso are already in your tank that is using the led light, then I think you can try cutting a few nodes to plant them into your substrate. There should be changes that you can see on a weekly basis? If the glosso grow upwards, and you have ample co2, then maybe the led light is not enough to keep them low.
But if you don't have co2 chances are they will grow upwards.

Is this good enough to grow my lawn?

Yes. The led light is good. Do you have co2?
