Nanyang/Seaview at Seletar Farmway (Jalan Kayu area) selling Boraras urophthalmoides at very affordable rates, 50pcs for $6 or 100 pcs for $10...... they call it "mosquito rasboras" Best deal I can find.

Think Y618 just finished their stock of "mosquito rasboras", they costs more.

Don't think the 2 LFS above carry any other species of boraras (correct me if wrong) I'm looking out for boraras brigittae too. A LFS at Bukit Merah area selling but not comfortable with the quality of that fish I saw. Let me know ok?

Ya, I'd like to know if anyone has experience bringing them in through the Harbour Front Customs and Immigration. Must declare? need permit from Agrifood or other authority?

When I go fishing around the Riau-Karimun islands, I can bring back an icebox of fish, no problems. But Livestock?

These fishes are generally found in the longkang of the islands south of us.

Anyone want to share experience of bringing live fish back to Sg?

you can bring back live fishes as long as they are not on the CITES list. Each person is limited to 50 fishes in 3 litres of water.
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

That's positive news. Care to elaborate more? The procedures, to declare or not to declare?...

50 rasboras should be able to fit comfortably in 3 litres of water.

I think no need to declare as long as you don't bring arowana (this fish is under protection)......
