    hi AQ,

Here's my CNY tank, an upgrade from a horizontal to a vertical tank for my Sakuras. Just sharing, your feedback a is favorable for me to grow.

    Sakuras and Otoc, and shrimplets.

Any suggestion where I can get a nicer and sleeker LED. Tried SV, can't find any for a Nano Sleek LED look.

    Any suggestions?

    Thats a neat setup.

You could look at the Up Aqua Y-Series LED light sets, they are designed to be used on narrow nano tanks. I've seen them on sale at places like Seaview and East Ocean.

Here is what it looks like:

The casing is very slim profile and the light intensity should be sufficient for growing anubias and viewing the shrimps.

I suggest getting only one color as putting mixed colors in the same tank may result in the offspring reverting back to the natural color (brownish, dirt). I have a tank of red and natural color because I mixed it previously...

For sleek light, I recently acquired a china brand aquasky lookalike for my 1ft cube tank. Came in yesterday and looks as good (subconsciously feel its not as good cause of the brand hahah) and the led seems to be similar built as the ADA (I have a 2ft ADA light), but about four times cheaper.

i especially like the position of the tank in the picture. for some unknown reason i think the tank looks very good placed there. like some sort of highlight to the mirror.

If you can get a pendant light, i think it will look very elegant with the tank and furniture. especially when your plant scape is in the middle only.
I am balding but i am still young!

Thanks Erctheanda, saw the pendant light but the rod rust easily, saw that on some displayed set.

I'm a novice so I tired matching to the wood since my hall is mostly woody. trying out aquarist chamber minimalistic look hah..

Re: CNY Sakura's New Crib (Tank)

Update: The plant is flowering.. and I have added Rilli Red juveniles to the tank.

Kinda a mistake, they don't really blend to the red and wood feeling.

Loving the vertical aspect to the tank...
the shrimps would be clumping up and down I suppose
