Anyone has managed to keep dwarf puffer and cherry shrimps in the same community tank??

I got a snail infestation and was thinking of dropping a dwarf puffer in, only worried that they gonna eat my baby shrimps

    Hi Anaconda

I have managed to keep 2 dwarf puffers with my Japonica shrimps (I have 10 Japonica shrimps) in a 10 gallon tank. They do well together. There is only sand and a piece of wood covered with java moss there.

The puffers ignore the shrimps and vice versa. They (puffers) only fight among themselves though. My puffers are not aggresive but then it could also depend on the individual .

    Hi Anaconda,

It is not wise to put puffer wif shrimp. If not you may think of having clown loach. Dont think that clown loach will harm the shrimp.
