Hi all, I'm new to this hobby and I'm wondering if the haze or poor air quality is causing my shrimp tank's tds to shoot up daily even when I don't feed them. Anyone observed similar reoccurrence?

Tap water tds ranges from 50-60 .Tds climb to 100 after adding BW gh up and anti chlorine. Tank constantly increasing but I will do a wc once the tds is above 190.

Seems quite unlikely that the haze could increase TDS... is your tank placed outdoors or next to an open window?

The rising TDS could also be from any rocks, materials or additives in the tank which may happen to be gradually releasing stuff that dissolve in the tank water.
