i have read saying that planaria worms are due to excess food in gravel etc.. but i dont have any fish yet and have not fed anything yet in the water.
hi all, i just started my tank last 2 weeks. and i just reset my tank and added a new anubias nana to my tank. i rinsed it with tap water prior to putting it into my tank 4 days ago.
but today got home while looking to see whether my DHG and nana still melting but to my horror.....
i found this wiggling in my water T.T

and i also find 3 insects of the same kind that is white in color but i couldnt take photo of it as i immediately disposed of it i caught 3 of it.
that is not all i found this tiny white worms about 1/5 of the size of the worm in the above picture on my tank 4 walls. wiggling around and its alot of them.
anyone please advice me on what to do. my last resort is to reset the tank again. throw my DHG throw the bloody anubias away, wash my substrate, my filter.
