    Looks like the fish lost some scales and had an abrasion of sorts.

    Relax and observe if the 'spot' grows bigger or not, or if the area looks inflamed with blood streaks.

    If the water parameters are good and the fish is still active and feeding, I wouldn't bother. The fish still looks good from the pic you show us.
