    Hi everyone,

I have put up some riccia in between stainless steel mesh so that they can grow out nicely. They did grow alot but I also found hair algae growing with the riccia. I tried plucking them out but hand but of course I cannot clear all of them and they will start growing again. I have many Malayan and cheery shripms, 2 flying foxes and 2 otos but they do not seem to clear the hair algae. Does anyone have any suggestion how to get rid of them before it's too late?

The riccia is also not forming oxygen bubbles. They actually did produce oxygen before i put them in the mesh. I wonder why they are not now.

    Thanks people.

    Tong

I suggest variatus platies, mollies, Cyprinodon or Jordanella. Take your pick. Rosy barbs are supposedly very good too.
