Is this my tetra ready to lay eggs or its getting over fed?

I think it looks a bit overfed, or could it be having a swollen belly? Normally when it is ready to lay eggs, I find that the belly is big but does not really protrude unnaturally like in your case.

disease i got same case also... but after fews days will slim down. if does not slim down then better to quarantine it.
