    Hi bros,

    Could you please help ID these 2 plants. I just saw them at Seaview today. I wonder if these 2 plants will suit an emersed setup.

    These are terrestrial plants which can be found commonly beside reservoirs or wetland. I do not know their names.

    Don't need to buy .

    First one is Lycopodaella cernua I believe. Can survive emersed set up but easily overcome by algae though.

    Any other thoughts on what the second plant is? The packaging says 'Giant E...something'

    I have bought it anyway and planted it in my emersed tank.

    The 2nd plant looks like Eleocharis Montevidensis (aka giant hairgrass)... probably thats why its labelled as "Giant E... something".

    Thanks Bro UA, I think that's it!
    its amazing how this is all slender when submersed, and when emersed it is straight and firm.
    I have just planted this in a small emersed set up, hope it dosent get too invasive.
