Bought this plant today because of its nice color but doesn't know its name

Unfortunately, I think this is not aquatic plant.

OMG, this was brought from an aquarium and it was put together with other aquatic plants

It's fittonia, and it's like leonard6july mention. It's not a true aquatic plant

Thanks for enlightenment, shall remove this plant from my aquarium since it is not an aquatic plant and fearing it might bring harm to the other population

You can try growing it in a pot, it makes a good indoor plant.

I actually made the same mistake buying the pink version of this plant, managed to grow it in my tank for 2 months submerged and surprisingly it grows and take root.
However the problem is that this plant is not a true aquatic plant as the old leave will drop off and rot in the tank if grow submerged. I decided to remove it from my tank and pot it instead after 2 months, a very beautiful plant only if it can begrow submerged wwill be most ideal.
