Put some white filter wool in the OHF, that will trap the finer particles and help to keep the water clearer.

I've not used that brand before so can't advise on its efficiency, but its usually best to use filter wool that are those fine high density type. Some filter wool may not be dense enough so not as efficient in trapping particles.
If you still find the water full of floating particles, then maybe look at changing the filter wool to a denser type and see if it helps.
Btw, do make sure the filter wool is placed in such a way in the filter that water cannot go around or bypass it, so that the filter wool can work more efficiently.
take a torch and shine at the particles, are they shiny? if yes, chances are, they're just tiny air bubbles from the ohf, if not, you have to start to worry
Would Seachem purigen help?
Seachem Purigen will absorb the excess dissolved organic compounds (which can help make the water clearer)... but it will not trap larger suspended particles that can actually be seen with the naked eye, those usually have to be physically captured and trapped by mechanical filtration (ie. dense sponges or filter wool).
