    1. just wondering..does christmas moss pearl?

    2. is it advisable to leave the cooling fan on at night?

    3. will turning on the airpump at night when lights are off results in algae growth?

    All plants can bubble/pearl. That's a good thing to happen.

    I leave on my cooling fans 24h. No problems so far, except for increased frequency of topping up of water.

    As for the last one... I've no idea

    Thru my experience, I will switch on my fan 24 hrs if there are mosses but If not, I will off it at night. Depends very much on the weather too as nowadays, it is cold at night.
    By the way, may I know why you need an airpump at night.

    The airpump is there for his purpose; it was suggested to him in another thread.

    Having a airpump on at nigght should not result in algae growth, i guess.

    yes, i keep the air pump on at night as well...introduce the eco cycle. Day - CO2, night - O2.
