Depends on the wattage and intensity of the lights... though from the various USB powered lights i've seen and used before, they generally tend to be relatively low intensity with narrow coverage (compared to dedicated aquarium lights), so while they can provide some light for the moss, it wouldn't be much. I guess they would be okay for viewing the fishes though.

For tanks with plants, in theory the fish waste would be converted into nutrients by the beneficial bacteria, and then the plants will use the nutrients.

Though if there are too few plants or the waste is too much or the plants are slow growing and hence don't consume much nutrient etc... then you'll have to manually clean and remove the excess waste regularly.

Since your moss is just tied to mesh, you can lift it up and rinse it in tank water to dislodge the waste material. If not, then you could also just use a hose and start a siphon to vacuum up the waste from the moss (stir and hover it above the moss to draw in the debris).

I read a lot about algae growing on moss. Do we buy shrimps to eat these algae?

Moss do tend to attract algae (especially the filamentous/thread types), their slow growth makes it easier for algae to grow on it.

Shrimps can help to eat up some of the algae, though they are usually more sensitive to water conditions than fishes so you still need to look after them. Can try hardy type like cherry or malayan shrimps, or even yamato shrimps (though those grow quite large so may look out of scale in small tanks).

Note that there is a chance the guppies might snack on the smaller shrimps though, so they could end up becoming live food for the fishes.

Sounds like disease or parasites on the fishes, check the fish illness guides to see what kind it could be and the recommended medications to treat them.

Depends on the size of the drops... but usually people assume its around 20 drops to get 1ml (from eye dropper or pipette). I guess you can test with a small measuring cup or spoon to double-check.

If your anti-chlorine states 250ml good for 2,000L, means its around 1ml per 8L. Therefore for 5L, use 0.6-0.7ml... or just round up and use 1ml, should still be okay.
