I saw the tank at GC with red/pink Tenellus and did some reading about it. It seems like there are multiple theories to having red/pink Tenellus. One being that Tenellus turns red/pink against the strong light to protect itself, while there are some that claims it is a different sub species but lump under the same name E Tenellus in the trade.

Would like to know if anyone managed to grow random pots of Tenellus in the same tank and having all of it red? Lastly, anyone with the red/pink Tenellus to let go haha.

Believe the red/pink is due to light. Had once this plant, trim some to replant. Those under light took the coloration.

Lowering NO3 with high lights also helps
