Otos are 100% shrimps safe. Boraras do snack on shrimplets but if only it is hungry. Provide hiding spaces and it wouldn't damage your colony
Hi shrimpers,
Any one kept Boraras Brigittae with babies shrimps?
Do the shrimps babes get eaten/beaten up by small fishes like Boraras?
I realised tiny neons, galaxy, badis badis and other fish do wacked live tubifex worms with their mouths, otos not sure but saw them munching/sucking on them.
Only boraras so far I see haven't taken any action....
If they can nipped even on worms won't be safe for shrimp lets, cos one peck on them can seriously made them up lorry...

Saw in c328 last week.. they keep it near small betta and snail tank..
Also at eastocean but at double the price..
The colors usually improve after they get adjusted to the tank. But I have seen both brigittae and merah packed in the same bag sold together as one..
This is the difference : http://msjinkzd.com/news/which-borar...ctorial-guide/
Let me know if you find some good brigittae, happy to share some with you..
Will do, going east ocean tomorrow.

Yishun too far for me
Aquatic Avenue has pretty nice Boraras. Got some a few days ago.
Where is aquatic avenue located?
Redhill opp the Redhill MRT station. See the Merchant section.
Just remember the difference between Boraras Brigittae and Boraras Merah when purchasing!
Can get from Aquarist Chamber as well...
