If it were me I would check that co2 is at optimum level and well distributed in the tank. Then dose lushgro aqua and micro according to the dosage recommended. And also kh2po4. The rest i would skip.

Lighting i would reduce to 7 hours first. Water change 20% every 3 days and at the same time try to remove as much algae as possible
