I notices my fishes top and bottom fins are closed to their bodies.
    is this called clammed fins?
should I do a 25% water change immediately?

Is your flow too powerful for your fish? Otherwise, it is most likely due to illness. You may want to dose medicine and increase your water temperature

What do you mean by flow too powerful?

Could it be due to a molly that I just introduce to the tank 2 days ago? This male molly seems to be chasing the other fishes

Are they constantly washed off by the flow or struggling hard against the flow. That should determine the flow strength.
If the molly is aggressive, there is a tendency that they are stressed by the molly. Illness can originate from stress or external parasites.

    Re: Clammed fins ?

For white spots, I use medication called Ocean Free Super Slime, White Spot & Velvet Away. Also, I increase the water temperature to about 28-29 degrees. This should get rid of the white spots. However, do note that not all fishes can accept such high temperature some of my fishes pass away because of it also but some also recovered.
