    Dimension : 300cm(L) x 160cm(W) x 240cm(H)

    I don't know man... 3m x 1.6m x 2.4m only holds 12litres of water...

That aside, what do you plan to keep inside? and $81.50 is pretty high for a 1ft (30cm) tank setup...

That 2 aside again, i dont get this part
    Hang on Power filter
    wash/weekly
    Small sponge media
wash weekly? O.o care to elaborate more? cleaning filters too often (especially during start of cycle) hurts the BB

    Dimension info
Oops my bad, the dimension I posted is in MM not CM, haha.

    Price breakdown
Classica starter kit (tank) - $29.50
Nisson custom soil and porous gravel (substrate) - $32
    Plants and thermometer - $20

    Filter
I am now taking out the big sponge to wash in de-chlorinated water and put it back weekly as maintenance, the filter came along with a filter media that is a made of sponge material and is rectangular in shape(picture).

    Future plan

I am considering putting in a small corycat and some shrimp, after I get my water tested. Do let me know if there is anything that i am doing wrong, thank you all for your attention in my post cheers!

    Good Morning Peeps,

Update as of today(8th Sep 2014)

1)I have added a piece of meat(thumb size) three weeks ago to cycle the tank, now it has fully decomposed

2)Some of the plants has turned yellow and withered, only the plant on the right of the picture is doing very well(with new roots). On top of them, I have added in some Christmas Moss just yesterday to create a carpet feel

3)I have added 5 Cardinal Tetra, and one Otocinclus yesterday. Feeding them with Tetra Pro(Colour), they seems to be okay with it.

And here's the photos of them

    Thanks for reading,
    Cheers!
